Our stand builders are called Ocean Events. They will be there on set up day to make sure everything is running smoothly for you.

You will have with you the Triple Trainable Launcher Model and the KraitArray module for display on each of our plinths.

On the screen, we will be showing our new ASW video, and you also have the Marketing Laptop available to show any additional footage or imagery. The login details for this will be sent securely through the Signal chat.

Please remember that you and your team need to carry photographic identification (passport is the best form of this) and exhibitor badge at all times. You can either print your badge before you arrive or onsite.

SHIP & FLEET PROTECTION
In response to the global, ever-changing threat to defence assets, navies need to become smarter with fleets designed for flexibility, reliability, and the ability to address future challenges. SEA understands the roles of anti-submarine warfare and mission systems in the wider ship and fleet survivability and how a multi-layered approach to fleet protection is crucial to operational success and advantage. SEA’s key capability in this area is a Torpedo Launcher System which provides fully qualified, proven rapid launch for a variety of NATO standard calibre lightweight torpedoes, in multiple configurations to suit all platforms. The system is currently in service around the globe and is the preferred system for the UKRN. The Torpedo Launcher System is easily configured and flexible for any of the weapons currently in service and the design meets the requirements of ships varying in size and structure.

UNDERSEA BATTLESPACE
In an increasingly congested undersea battlespace, coverage and scalability of anti-submarine warfare (ASW) capability is key to securing the operational advantage. SEA understands the potential of uncrewed ASW and how uncrewed platforms can work in tandem with crewed vessels to cover a larger surface area and enhance the probability of intercept. SEA’s key ASW capability is Krait Defence System, which delivers a flexible, scalable, modular, and small footprint ASW solution suitable for platforms and navies of all sizes. At the heart of Krait Defence System is the miniaturised KraitArray, a thin line towed array sonar system which integrates with modern, common software to provide an intelligent, integrated detection solution, capable of identifying, locating, and tracking potential threats and assessing the environment around a naval fleet. Following a research project with Dstl, SEA is also developing a multi-environment display which can enable greater underwater situational awareness. We have the capability to combine multiple data sets in to one comprehensive picture to provide a visual representation of the undersea environment and assess each data layer for typical characteristics and threat analysis. The multi-environment display layers data to produce a 2D or 3D image which can also be used in mixed reality and virtual reality environments.

INTEGRATED COMMUNICATIONS
SEA provides industry-leading communications systems for naval platforms, connecting critical national defence capability together while meeting the highest levels of availability, reliability, and maintainability. SEA’s Communications Architecture breaks the traditional stovepipe between antennas and radio equipment by implementing a software configurable RF distribution (RFD) solution, implemented from a single seat, allowing near-instantaneous reconfiguration of a platforms communications to suit changing operational needs.

United Kingdom Pavilion - General Information

There is an ADS Lounge which includes the following facilities:
• Tables and chairs for informal meetings
• Refreshments of tea, coffee, soft drinks, water & pastries and snacks
• Stationery items

The ADS Lounge is available for use by United Kingdom Pavilion participants and their guests. The lounge is located at stand K20.
There is free WIFI in the exhibition hall.

First Aid

A medical center will be open throughout the event during the times of set up, show days
and breakdown, available to the Exhibitor medical care and removal service with ambulance.

Fire:

FIRE EXTINGUISHER
It is mandatory for Exhibitors to keep fire extinguishers in their booths, in accordance with NR23 regulations – Fire protection, NBR14.276/1999 - Fire and panic brigade and decree 46.072/2001 – Fire protection.
During the days of set up, show days and breakdown there should be 1 fire extinguisher every 20SQM.
It is mandatory to install a fire extinguisher every 20SQM in the Raw Space, with load compatible with the exposed products and materials used in the booth construction, duly signposted. Chemical powder extinguishers, CO2 or ABC, with 6Kg are recommended.

The Exhibitor can request a fire extinguisher for the period (4 days) in the Exhibitor’s Reserved
Area. The extinguisher requested in the Exhibitor’s Reserved Area or during the set up will
be distributed on the eve of the opening of the event and removed at 5 pm on April 10, 2023.
It is not mandatory to rent the fire extinguisher in the Exhibitor’s Reserved Area.
